Paper Pleating Workshop by DESINERE

Befitting of its rich heritage as Singapore's 71st National Monument, The Fullerton Hotel Singapore presents uniquely designed Christmas tree decorations handcrafted by Singapore designer Melvin Ong from DESINERE. Harking back to Fullerton Building's history as Singapore's General Post Office, each Christmas tree is decorated with origami birds, representative of homing pigeons delivering letters.

For guests who are interested in making one-of-a-kind Christmas gifts, join a handicraft paper pleating workshop conducted by Melvin Ong at The Fullerton Hotel Singapore on 17 December 2016 from 2.30pm to 5.00pm. Each workshop, priced at S$65nett, allows participants to uncover the art and intricacies of paper folds and forms. The end result is a handmade vase - a perfect home display with a spray of floral bloom.
